Worked great for a short while then started randomly either not turning on or not turning off until eventually no matter what i did it just fully would not turn on

Also the charging port is under a silicone tab that is very difficult to pull up and access

I lost track of how many times i have contacted foreo to send a replacement because the device was not still not functioning as it claims to be

The company claims it only requires 1 hour of charging and it should last up to one year of usage
