Start at the outer corner of your eye and sweep down in an arc just along the top edge of your cheekbone, sort of like a "7" on the right and a flipped 7 on your left.

It just gives a natural, beautiful "glow from within " without looking over done or sparkly (if you wanna look like you fell face first into a bowl of craft glitter, this isnt for you.
