The product will work when you stick with it. I've been using this product for years on and off and I notice a big difference when you use it consistently. You'll notice little changes about a month in (fuller hairs, slightly longer), but the more you use it, the more effective it is (3 month difference is such a WOW). It's even more effective when you don't use mascara or curl your lashes everyday if you're using it as a lash enhancer, but it will work nonetheless. Also, if you do happen to wear mascara that day, make sure to completely wipe it off before using because the doe tip applicator will pick up on any small mascara crystals that are left on your lashes and they'll transfer to the bottle. The best part about this serum is that it doesn't agitate your eyes at all. Some lash serums I've seen have really strange side effects like turning your eye whites red, but I've never experienced it with this product. All in all, lash and brow growers tend to be pretty pricey, but in my experience, this works just as well as the rest of them for half the price.  Read Less
