Not sure if they had changed this formula but it’s not the same as before.

More watery and sticky like the formula is separated, even after trying to smoosh it in the tube.

I am very disappointed in the new packaging with the sponge applicator wand as it doesn't work that well and jeopardizes the product with contaminates after using the wand and putting it back in the tube.

I apply this on top of a good eye cream, then apply eye shadow.

I was hoping this primer would help smooth out my eyelids a bit but i was sorely disappointed.
