I ordered this palette twice because one of the eyeshadows in the first one arrived broken the second time another one of the shades was also broken

I purchased the 5pan palette in color story 8 received and 25 pans were obliterated pans on the ends called and sephora shipped a replacement…just received and it too is damaged
