I don’t even know what I expected from this product. As someone who lives in the harsh Canadian winters with very dry, flaky skin, I’m always on the look for a moisturizing lotion. I used Clinique’s “Moisture Surge” and still do as it’s my favourite. I expect similar, if not better hydration and results from this one. First of all, this smells horrible. It smells like chemicals and rubber, albeit faintly but once it’s on my face rather than my hands and fingers, the smell gets really bad. Second of all, my cheeks felt like rubber when I rubbed the moisturizer in and patted them. Other moisturizers made my skin feel smooth, plump, hydrated, glowing. This one made my skin harsh and weird. My hand couldn’t glide down my cheek properly, it felt like someone put a skin care “road bump” all over my skin. I immediately washed it off with soap. I can’t deal with badly scented and strange textured skin products. This was a huge disappointment. It doesn’t feel good on my skin nor does it made it smooth like the bare necessity of a moisturizer.  Read Less

I’ve been using this moisturizer for two years now and I love it!! It feels so smooth and light on the skin. Plus, it definitely keeps my dry skin very hydrated. I would recommend it for more of a before bed kind of cream since it’s on the thicker side but it does absorb quickly enough.  Read Less
