I wouldnt use this to treat eczema at all but for me personally it works for keeping the skin on my face moisturized enough that i dont have issues with dry patches there

The clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion is decent—it gets the job done but i found it doesnt quite cut it for severe dry skin
