I have very thin and thinning hair, so anything that can give me volume is a huge boost. I tried the Alterna volume mist in combination with the volume shampoo and conditioner. I feel like this gave my hair a much needed boost and it isn't looking as flat as it normally does. This is great to have for fine hair styling as it will not weight it down.
