Let me begin by saying that I have been using some version of this eye cream for the past 14 years. The pot (supercharged complex), the pump (synchronized complex II) and thought I would try this one with the wand. Let’s start with the good: this is a GREAT product! Very hydrating without being too greasy or heavy. It absorbs like a dream, helps with my fine lines and makes me look more ‘awake. ’ It does not cause milia or break me out - I absolutely love it. Now for the not so good: I was hoping this would be a winner, because I don’t love using a pot. and at first I really liked the wand applicator - it helps make sure you do not use too much/too little product. BUT now that I’m down to the last 1/3 of my bottle. I can’t reach the remaining product. You can see in the photo where I have tried to scrape/reach the remaining product. Overall: great product but terrible delivery system. I would not repurchase and will instead buy the Estée Lauder eye serum in the pot.  Read Less
