Just purchased in store on 3/25/19 and I love everything so far especially the complexion pads because I’ve used those in the past and they have done wonders for my acne. I’m just disappointed to find out that the acne clear invisible dots were missing from my set and that was the item I was looking forward to using the most because I’ve used acne stickers from other brands before with great results :( since I’ve already used the face wash and pads idk how to go about retrieving the missing item from the set  Read Less

Long story short: most of these products are stellar. Particularly the Acne Wash and the Invisible Dots. They're basically magic. The issue I have is that when I opened the complexion pads, there was a thin discolored (rust-like) goo on top of the cover, which I attached. I tried to exchange for a new kit twice. One store did not have it in stock, and the other store had one kit left, that, when opened, had the same goo on top. They basically told me I'd have to ship my kit back for a new batch, or return it and get the full size pads instead (which I hadn't even tried). When I couldn't decide, they left me to leave with my gross kit. When I emailed, they told me to return within 90 days. When I called, they said I couldn't return it since I had used the other products. So I have no idea how these pads work, but the customer service has been pretty rough. TLDR; Buy the full price Invisible Dots and/or the Acne Wash. Don't waste your money on a kit that may or may not be damaged, with no means of replacing individual pieces.  Read Less
