I primarily bought this to help keep my hair out of my face while putting on a face mask or exfoliant. It does its job for that and stays in place very well. However, according to the description on the package it says its supposed to help your hair dry a lot faster than with a normal towel, yeah no. My hair stays more wet in this thing, even after wearing it for over an hour. I do not have thick hair, normally it dries very quickly. If this is your main purpose for wanting this item then look elsewhere.  Read Less

So at first I thought paying $40 for a hair towel was ridiculous due to the price; however, this hair towel has cut my drying time by 50%. Note: I have long thick hair and I’m amazed at how this hair towel soaks up the water from my hair and reduces my time to blow dry my hair in half.
