Even though the instructions say there should be no pain when you use this as in a massage when it hits the tight parts it does become uncomfortable

It is sort of hard to tell in the item photos but front is the pretty side and the back is flat

After 10 minutes the balls rotate the opposite direction then after 20 minutes total automatically shuts off

Of course its one size fits all which means the distance of the rollers is set to an average person i suppose

Amazing product the shiatsu with heat feature works very well in the lower back single press power button to turn it on with heat press the power button again to turn off heat
