Pros

This is hands down the best purchase i ever made. It is very reliable, but i bought a second one recently. Now it works again!

There are no tears in the fabric and no problems with the electrical cable. The small humming noise isn't enough to bother others and the heat is a bonus. Even if it breaks one day, i know what to do.

Cons

The heating device turns on but it no longer rotates. Now the slightest movement disconnects it. The motors only go clockwise, and then counter clockwise every min.

This is super sickening and i still get sick to my stomach thinking about it. This company clearly owes me a new pillow or a refund.

You have to have the massager plugged in to the wall for it to work. Can't position low enough for sacral area muscle massage. While it is working, it’s very good at targeting tough knots.
