After 10 to 15 seconds it starts to feel good and as your feet improve the time frame will shorten. Her bunions no longer ache when she goes to bed.
The compression is nice and not too constricting.
Pressure cup that squeezes and releases feet. It pops and grinds and you can hear the inflation process too. It's at the bottom between your feet so it is easy to unplug it.
Cons
This unit is just plain uncomfortable feeling on your feet. Man, this contraption really hurts your feet if you have sciatica and neuropathy like i do.
There is a noise when it fills and it rhythmically releases and refills. Weird little pokey things that crackle and undulate under your feet just feel miserable. The fast speed is just annoying.

My feet were the largest size it said that it would handle but it hurt my feet and it was not a soothing massage so we returned it
