Pros & Cons

Pros

This paring knife fits comfortably in your hand. The knives where all *-nilly in the package.

Insanely sharp out of the box, and perfect for removing pepper cores and slicing smaller veggies. The blade is a bit flexible, which i don't see as a detriment.

It's sharp, light and easily sharpened. It's the sharpest knife i have ever had. Zwilling knives are sharper than some.

Cons

The sharp side is so thin it has a small dimple in the center of the blade. The blade shimmies and i have to press down hard to get it to cut through. It's not ergonomically correct for my hand.

Some customers received wrong knife, not as pictured in the listing. Sent a $10 cheap hinkles knife instead of the $30 is zwilling brand.

Quality

We have had a set of these for many years and never been disappointed with their quality

This is a quality knife made for professionals

This is a rightsize paring knife with a thin sharp pointed blade

Ive had this same knife for over 30 years and it was time to get a new one

Price

Still a 5⭐️ for quality and price

I purchased the red handle version at less than six dollars when it was on sale

I told my husband that i had bought another 50 knife as my original had disappeared

It is not inexpensive but you will feel the quality when you use it

Packaging/appearance

The packaging however is opened and had been poorly taped back together

They are sharp and seem to be unused despite the packaging

Competitiveness

Tried others other brands then come back again to this product and promise not to waste my money again

My first impression of the knife wasnt good because i was comparing it to my higher end knife set by the same brand

There is better quality such as shun but for more money
