Pros

Customer service is quick, friendly, and very helpful! That’s my only complaint!

Assembly, sturdiness, safety, quality are excellent. This is one of the more pricey trampolines out there but it’s definitely worth the money. The covers and padding on the springs are super soft.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves this trampoline. My kids were heartbroken. The quality is terrific.

The poles for the safety net clamp to the legs of the trampoline with 2 * per leg/pole set. The netting seems of a high quality, too, as kids have bounced off it.

Cons

The frame is collapsing and splitting. The website is devoid of all replacement parts. I am confident zupapa had good intentions, but it just holds too much water.

Quality

I am very happy with the trampoline.

Definitely some great quality materials included plus instructions which was easy to understand.

For 800 dollars, you would think they would have some sort of support for people who buy this item, super disappointed.

I've never had a trampoline before but the quality of materials looks really solid.

I did have one very minor issue with the trampoline.

Sure enough, i sent the $79 and it all arrived two days later, free shipping!

We are now purchasing a rectangular trampoline for our gymnast.

The cover is kind of cheap and flimsy plus it's a bit too big for a 12ft.

I wouldn’t even consider another trampoline brand.

The wrap-around safety feature defines it from it's competitors.

Purchased a 14ft several years ago and have appreciated brandline support and zapapa quality so much decided to purchase another.

It has held up very well, but with the arizona heat and some very strong monsoon winds, heavy rains, and flying debris in the air our safety net began to tear at the poles.
