They are lowcost handlegrips for a bike

Both grips are the same size however the bike is designed with a gear shift on the right side of the handle bar and the grip sticks out about 11

I still had a bit of trouble getting one grip to go on the last few millimetres but eventually was able to work it all the way onto the bar
