The biggest complaint is that there are four little rubber pieces haphazardly glued inside the shell to provide the pressure to hold the camera in position and those fall off constantly one of my cameras shipped with only two of the four the rubber pieces simply dont have a good surface for glue to stick to so even regluing them doesnt help

Also the shell design isnt quite as good as some other dome cameras theres a large gap in the cutaway region it doesnt provide a tight fit against the camera so im sure ill eventually have wasps nesting inside the shell on the camera i mounted outside
