    Twc was eventually acquired by charter/spectrum and it also seem to be working fine with the upgraded ultimate 200/20 plan minus some conversion issues as long as you work directly with higher level 3 support whereas level 1 cable technicians will falsely blame the cable modem is bad or tell you it's no longer supported to get you to rent a lesser 4x4 ubee modem when the zoom 5341j is clearly listed on the current 2017 compatibility list.

    Best advice is if you have service issues that level 1 support can't fix don't hesitate to skip to the more capable level 3 support to get them to fix the service provisioning issues.
