Pros

This mug keeps hot beverages hot and keeps the cold really really cold. I finish the beverage long before it cools down. My mug is years old at this point, and i have two.

The only downside is difficulty cleaning. The size and weight are super comfortable. The only thing that i don't like about it is that it's so tall and skinny.

The rubber stopper sits in the center of the lid and hits my glasses or my nose. You can lock the latch if you have it in a purse or briefcase and not worry about leaking. Stayed in my backpack side pouch just fine.

Cons

This warranty is more useless than a pro-rated tire warranty. They really gouge you half the price of a new one to replace the cap part (which does not include the stopper or gaskets etc.

After 1 week of use i disassembled it for cleaning and the mouthpiece fell into the disposal area. Didn't want to just send the product back so requested a replacement mouthpiece. No such luck. I guess because it took so long to be delivered (6 weeks)... Read More

If you have the time and patience to hand wash your bottles this is the the clear bottle brand to get

Weve tried our own and also use pipe cleaners for the hole in the spout
