Pros
It takes about 10-15 minutes for the water to boiling temperature. I don't have to wait for the kettle to boil, i just push a button. There is no noise from a kettle so for the open concert house it’s perfect.
Cons

The zojirushi turns on as soon as you plug it in

Itll boil the water and then keep it at your chosen temperature until you unplug it or set the timer to turn it off for a period of time

Thats super convenient but wasteful if you leave it going for 12 hours without using any hot water
