Quality checkers say this brand meets this test. The price is right for good quality extra * olive oil.
It solidifies in the refrigerator, and has a nice color. It's mild taste is perfect for californian cooking. It has a high enough cooking temperature to support sautes.
It works great raw on breads and salads, or cooked in pasta, pizza, veggies. This stuff is truly delicious.
Cons
This can is at a minimum 10 mos old, almost a year. The container is odd.

Ive bought other brands locally at our warehouse club and it was awfully bitter compared to this brand
No but its much better than most of the evoo youd find in your local supermarket at a reasonable price
