Except toothpaste tubes are plastic now and these won’t work well with them.
These turn-keys slide onto the bottom of the tube, you roll them down and they squeeze the contents all the way toward to spout.

No more squeezing pinching or scraping to get the last bit out of a tube—just slide the key on rotate the handle and you’ll be amazed at how much product you can still get out

One thing to note is that the product doesn’t come with a retainer so the key might come loose during use
