Pros
The fence itself is great. Looks fantastic even after sitting around for 8 months. If you need it to be stronger it is very easy to reinforce with posts. It looks great and keeps the little fluffer inside!
The fencing looks great and has added great features to our back yard. You simply enter the code that is stamped on the inside flap of the shipping box. I need a phone call before they come because i have to let them in the garage.
Zippity products are outstanding. The thing that i want to compliment them on is their customer service. It’s a breath of fresh air to have great customer service!
Cons
From a distance the fence looks nice but as you move in closer you realize just how flimsy it is. Not a great first impression. Very bad product. Waste of money and time and energy.

Quality
I do love the way it looks with the fence which replaced an ugly chain link.
I have two small dogs and this gate installed with the wings that go with it keep my pets on my patio and allow them to play!
I even made gates with the leftover parts, just had to buy hinges and one vinyl fence post to hang the gates on.

This is not “permanent” it’s also vinyl so keep that in mind.

Easy to put together, all holes lined up and we weren’t missing any pieces.

Works well enough, but there were missing caps for the posts and some cracked pieces.

Still works, but isn't very sturdy and the latch/lock on the gate didn't work so we had to add pieces of our own.
