Pros

My unfiltered municipal water supply consistently measures 160 ppm. Plastic divider is annoying- this is a minor complaint.

Water tastes great - minor leakage during filtration process. I have horrible well water like 800 tds and this units gets it down to average 150 to 170 which is drinkable. Ca added cartridge.

Fits under my overhead cupboards. The zip is pretty heavy at about 25 pounds and it takes up a good chunk of counter space, but still totally worth it if you don't want the hassle of installing a under sink system.

The unit is easy to set up. Also easy to setup out of the box. Used brita for over 2 decades. Easy to clean and refill.

Cons

It also wastes half the water that you put in to it that no one seems to mention in the online demos. Just make a good button instead. Would not purchase again.

I tried a competitor countertop ro system for few weeks and the tds output was unacceptable took just barely 15 of the tds
