Pros

Haven't been this happy with an amazon purchase ever. Will be recommending it to my family and friends. Very reasonably priced for such a great product.

Simple instructions and minimal packaging. Extremely easy to assemble. Box is heavy, but manageable for a 110# woman by herself - if no stairs.

It has a wrap around loft that’s about 4’ tall. Perfect for a converted attic or loft. Plenty of easy space underneath for the 14.

It takes over 24 hours for them to respond to which they want a copy of my receipt downloaded and all this nonsense. I have to repack everything and return it now.

I own a twin zinus metal frame and this one is pretty similar except that the queen bed has the center metal bar for added mattress support
