Malic acid helps with endurance, and is another common pwo ingredient. Mixing this in water, juice, or a shake before a work out gives you extra energy.

The lite up xtra pre-workout is all natural. The sweetener used is stevia leaf. This stuff is great, it tastes nice and doesn’t give me indigestion.

My teenage stepson picked out this pre-workout powder on amazon since he sometimes lifts weights and jogs and likes these types of drinks.

Okay, so my husband is the one who uses these pre-workout drinks.

If you've been drinkin preworkout this might not work out for you.
