An excellent enclosure for the price transfer speeds are exactly as expected tested against dedicated portable usb3 hdd the drive light glows blue with usb3 and white with usb2

This limits your options if you wanted to power it from a usb2

Unfortunately small blue light never switches off when console is off so i have to unplug in case it always being on damages the ssd lifespan
