I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. During the winters when things get cold, I have a tendency to go into full body flares. It's important for me to keep warm or the pain becomes unmanageable. I have a collection of sweaters and cardigans, but I'm always on the hunt for something that will help keep the chill off. This item seems like it will be one to do that. The sweater itself is soft and warm. The weave isn't very tight, but in the few moments I tried it on, it warmed me up. I guess the true test will come when the weather really starts to cool down. I had ordered an xl with the expectation that the sweater would run small, as some items online tend to do. For reference, I'm 5'6 and 170 lbs. This sweater is huge on me. I'm not going to complain because I need it to be big enlighten to wrap around me, but I would recommend ordering a size down for a form fitting look.  Read Less
