The inner puffer layer is an incredible insulator it doesnt play around

It looks good and natural with or without hood attached a small flap discretely covers the velcro and snap button holes when removed

The coat does run small for size in my opinion but if you just have a light shirt under no problem

There are variety of different fabrics used to make the jacket which is very nice and shows good craftsmanshipwhen dissembled the jacket comes in 3 parts the hood outer shell jacket and inner shell jacket all of which can be combined or removed to best fit your situationthe hood is pretty standard same material as the outer shell
