On a whim i contacted their customer service department hoping they had an idea of how to fix it

When i emailed them again explaining the same problem they immediately sent me a new unit with a prepaid fedex return label

If i could change one thing it would be for the electric cord to fit inside the box when traveling

I needed a smaller unit for travel purposes however i was a bit disappointed that this unit is not much smaller than the global unit
