Quality
My 17 year old kitten can no longer climb or jump that high and he loves that he can still participate with the others.
Bit difficult to put together as the instructions kinda suck but once you figure it out, good product.
Price
The reason the price is good is because there are no walls on the box parts.
Packaging/appearance
Was a pain in the but to build but so worth it!
Competitiveness
I believe it could hold up to 20lbs.
Other than that it's a great tree for the price.
