Pros

The back support & flat surface are a game changer! I like that it has the back support and straps around me. Its all about the strap and the sturdy flat surface.

My second cover is a deluxe cover and i way prefer it over the one it came with. This pillow is the right height and firmness for us and it has a strap to keep it in place.

The label says don’t use while standing but mamas gotta do what she’s gotta do! It makes breastfeeding at night when i’m tired feel more safe.

Cons

There are not so many options for return this item and unfortunately with a little baby i don't have time to return it as it should be. It was definitely used before.
