Pros
Zelite infinity's infinity wave series 7 inch santoku knife is a beauty meets quality kind of item but is expensive for an average person. It's a fine, but * sharp knife, it cuts pretty much anything with fine maneuvers. Scarily sharp out of the box.
The santoku knife cuts with ease through all meat and vegetables and makes light work of chopping. No fruit, vegetable and other item of food can withstand it, the large blade makes sweeping food around easy and versatile.
It seems expensive but if well looked after it is knive for the whole life. Stars is still worthy of a recommendation. Worth every penny and then some.
In a word, it’s indeed an excellent and superior knife. The knife is fantastic. Outstanding product for the right price.
Smooth and delicate appearance looks like a starry sky. It really is a statement piece but maybe visually not everyone's cup of tea.
Cons
It is ugly, looks scratched, and none of the distinctive pattern can be seen. Biggest concern is the shear number of fake reviews for this knife and company, over 75% of them are marked as untrustworthy.

The knife is very very sharp as the price is very expensive
All in all well worth the price
Packaging/appearance
The packaging it comes in is really attractive and looks impressive
It is ideal to cut almost all veggies and meats on the kitche but definitely not for cutting bones or any medium to hard objects
Presentationthis is not a cheap product and therefore you would expect the box and packaging to reflect the price well it does for me
Competitiveness
We were so impressed that we bought a zelite infinity pairing knife the same day

It does require some special treatment dont be shoving this in the dishwasher youll 3nd up ruining the handle in fact dont even leave it wet

Not sure about value as with the price you can get another similar mic knives also made in yangjiang the knife capital of china from aliexpress with a real wood handle and made using the imitation version of vg10 steel or imported aus10aus8 steel for 1020 quid less
