I do not use it everyday, but it has held up well, and i am still very happy with it.
So, because i like their products and customer service seems to be good, i'm happy with the company again.
It's so much fun to play with.

The only downside is that the light off switch leaves the light on a dull blue glow and doesn't completely shut it off.

Update jan 8, 2018actually, i received an email from the sales team stating that they were sorry i didn't receive the tools they had planned to send me so that i could unscrew the metal piece inside to make sure it was clean.

They also sent a return authorization number and stated that they would fix it for me.

I hope the other 2 diffusers i purchased from zaq for family members don't stop working, or if they do that it's before warranty is up.
