The only downside is that the light off switch leaves the light on a dull blue glow and doesnt completely shut it off

Update jan 8 2018actually i received an email from the sales team stating that they were sorry i didnt receive the tools they had planned to send me so that i could unscrew the metal piece inside to make sure it was clean

They also sent a return authorization number and stated that they would fix it for me

I hope the other 2 diffusers i purchased from zaq for family members dont stop working or if they do that its before warranty is up
