Pros

It definitely helps with appetite control and energy. Whether it's tackling a workout or conquering my to-do list, skinnystix keeps me fueled and focused. It's starting to curb appetite a little, i just wish it was more. My dog keeps me skinny.

The flavor is delicious, dissolves completely, no powdery residue or chalky taste. This product is very good tasting.

I drank this 15 minutes before a meal and felt full half way through the meal!

After a week of drinking the two separate first thing in the morning, i decided to fuse them to make life simpler!

It hasn't disrupted my sleep, and i noticed positive results from the first packet.

They come in packets, easy to mix into a water bottle, but the taste is on the sweet/bitter side.

Also had the full quantity of packets which the box sometimes doesn't have when buying from the atores.

I was looking for an alternative to celsius and alani.
