When it came the case was bent so the ipad mini wouldnt fit right and the plastic around the volume buttons was broken

Still waiting on refund as it seems it is much faster for them to process the payment immediate then it is to refund 35 days i ended up going to best buy so i could look at the item to make sure it wasnt damaged

Great case and fair price but it broke after about a year and a half but over all everything worked the way it should keys are slim but the main problem i have is that it is very hard to access the control center while the case is on because the case blocks it
