Pros

These panels are nice for the price. They are more mobile when framed and look much better (less industrial) came with adhesive tape. They look nice on the gaming wall.

Acoustic panels studio foam. Our office is an echo chamber, or at least was before we got these acoustic panels. My apartment entrance is from a laundry room, placed these panels on the side that faces the laundry room.

Cons

While there's slightly less of what there was at first, the dampening effect is short-lived. The provided adhesive is a total joke. Barely covers 3 cubic feet of wall and doesnt stop any noise from traveling through.
