Pros
Material is sturdy and appears to be waterproof. I love that it loads from the top. Great capacity, and wide-mouth opening is much more convenient than a traditional backpack.
If you are in need of an everyday travel bag or a for trip this is a great accompanying bag. This backpack is perfect for what i need it for - traveling for work.
Cons
The entire zipper came off of the lining. This bag is nice looking and spacious but it is not durable. Closing the zipper is not easy.

The fact that it had the hidden compartment for a charger and cord to the outside was one of the reasons i bought it.

I had my surface pro, a bag with cords, travel neck pillow, airplane blanket, snacks, shoved my small purse in there when i had to go through security with only 2 items.
