I love the flavor and price of the product
High quality honey have been ordering for almost 2 years now zero complaints
However on this last shipment one container arrived shattered so am pretty disappointed
Excellent quality honey in very convenient jars most likely to purchase again

Would be a huge improvement to seal the jars to keep from honey leaking during shipping
I wouldve rated 5 stars but ive ordered this twice and each time one of the two lids cracked in shipping

They have a plastic seal outside around the cap edge the seal should be inside to preserve the freshness and any leak

But whoever decided to pack and ship two 22ounce jars of honey in one thinly padded bubble envelope mailer needs to use a little common sense in the future

My two jars arrived with the bottoms partially smashed in resulting in the jars not being able to set totally upright

To help prevent this kind of damage the jars should be shipped in a small box with some added cushioning material versus a bubble padded envelope

At least i can recycle a cardboard box and the cushioning material if its paper but not this kind of bubble envelope mailer
