Pros & Cons
Pros
Simple yet profound and practical way to build a culture of champions starting from the heart and moving outward. Co-author mike smith is an ex-nfl head coach. This book is very helpful to any one in management.
It is full of insight for anyone who is looking to build a program that is deeper. Some of it is repeater and common sense - but it's an excellent review. Layout is a bit scattered but content makes up for it.
This book follows a similar format to the hard hat. Easy read. An easy and enjoyable read.
Cons
It makes me wonder if all of the other ideas on which he made money were from somebody else also.
