The workout just moves too slow, and i don't find it challenging for a intermediate level. It is very difficult to see not only the neutral spine position but even the tailbone/pelvic tilt.
Not many home bookshelves are built for that. Tricep dips or chest dips off 2 chairs or a book shelf and a table are dangerous.
