Use it for the purposes it was designed for. From cooking noodle, oat milk, soup and frying. It heats quickly and cleanup is so easy.

It is a very good simmering pot for miso soups and various sauces. The pour spouts come in handy when transferring sauces to bowls. It's my fav cookware!

This pan is also great for melting sweet, i use it to melt marshmallows to make nougat candy and it won’t stick at all. Do not overheat the pan. It is light weighted as expected and looks absolutely beautiful.

This is my first yukihira, but i have used a wide variety of japanese cooking tools. Love authentic japanese products. Iron nabe, ceramic donabe, etc.

Strongly recommend it. It has an elegant design and is super well made.

But if you're planning on pouring stuff out all the time like it's a saucepan, get something else. Probably would be good with ih stove and only cooking noodles or soup.

The product is pretty, but i don't think it's safe. They have a huge liability risk with possibility to seriously harm people. There should be better brands out there. However, on the amazon page for this product, the spouts are too small.
