It fits my stepmother's hand well. Works great and i love the sleeve that protects the knife. Japan is world renowned for their deep heartfelt tradition, rooted in their culture, specially towards their skill and craft of any kind.

A perfect tool for a garde manger. Chops veggies effortlessly and makes prep work a breeze. Very sharp veggie knife.

Shuns come to a very fine thin tip, and i find myself worried that i'm going to bend the tip. Also, the saya is a nice addition and fits snuggly on the blade.

Cons

We may not respond to further message correspondence about this issue. I have similar pics taken before returning and they match. Their lack of accountability has me stating facts and hopefully keeping anyone else from dealing w yoshihiro.
