Its fairly easy to adjust if you can remember all of the different combinations but have knocked off one star as it usually takes a few goes and some swearing to get the holes lined up just right to be able to push some of the locking nuts into place

Dont listen to the other people saying how awkward it is to change positions unless youre an oap or a freak then it might be awkward i guess

Its a well made bench solid and comfortable its a bit of a faff moving it up and down and sliding the pins in out there is not a lot of wiggle room with the pin holes so it requires a firm hand plus you have to hold the bench to prevent it from collapsing whilst moving the pins to a different hole

If the bench is flat and you want to move it to incline you must move both upper bench and seat pins but its not a big deal you soon get used to having to do this
