The only drawback is that the seals high voltage sync mount on this flash are sloppy and dont really stay closed the same is true for both of my yongnuo yn600exrt flash units purchased about 6 months apart

I googled the problem and it turns out all you have to do is make sure the pullout diffuser panel is pushed and clicked all the way in

There are lots of strange things happening with the flash on the hot shoe id be looking at the camera and ill see the fe lock come on as evidenced by the on the display and consequently several functions would not work such as the play button to the point where id have to reset the flash power cycle
