It probably wont get the most glowing score on dxomark but it produced results as good as most kit zoom lenses and isnt embarrassed by the canon 50mm either

For a lens that is considerably cheaper than any equivalent there is little wrong with this product

Update i bought it for a film camera but i have recently been able to try it with a canon digital body unfortunately only the digital rebel xt 350d
