Highlights
Quality
Again i cannot say enough about the quality of the mat
I did a lot of research on line before spending so much on a mat and i’m quite happy with the grip and amount of cushion here
Its a quality item not a throw away
Price
The price is on the higher side but if you’re someone who is serious about hot yoga and sweats a lotdo not hesitate to buy this mat
Competitiveness
I bought a 130 manduka mat that was slippery even when not wet

If i had to be critical of the mat at all i’d say that it’s different from others in that you have to roll it in one direction only to protect the cork upper layer’s adhesion to the backer and you don’t want to stuff it in a locker because it can crease after the 2 times i’ve done this the crease has disappeared by the next day but ymmv

This mat has a slight stretch to it which caused it to bunch up around the hands and feet sometimes and the bottom layer isn’t as dense as the original air mat

The jade was better but still too slippery for my liking plus it moved too much on the floor

It is supposed to get less slippery with wetness and they do not recommend using a towel
