They are incredibly easy to setup, and work flawlessly. They have a youtube channel that walks you through installing everything as well. Be sure to buy the hub separately or a combo.
Cons
Deceit in its product description. Can't even install in windows at all. Now it says i have to use their hub and app.

I would have to have separate automations for each sensor to trigger the alarm if opened

The only saving grace here is that you can set up specific hours that the automation is active
