The teeth would look really real if they were less white

I had bought denture cream for an adhesive but the one that came with is much better

The directions are not clear for the adhesive though plus a lot of excess comes over the teeth that lessens the realness

I guess you could cut it off with scissors or a knife but it is really hard to cut through and messes up the mold that you just spent 10 minutes applying to your teeth
