While shopping here in the state i found one store that carried kiefer and it was too sweet and for some someone like me who is trying to stay away from sugar this was not acceptable

After 18h the yogurt appeared to be set but i wasnt prepared to refrigerate since the directions said 2036h

Updatethe instructions said that each batch made from the previous batch would get more tart the further away from the starter it got
